● Position

● The house is situated on the west-coast of the gulf of Milos, offering a unique view of the sea, to the settlement Empourios and the villages in the opposite side of the bay like Plaka with the Kastro, Fourkovouni, Areti, Tripiti, Klima and Skinopi.
● This view can never be obstructed by other buildings or houses.
● Two beaches are easily reached. Walking 5 minutes you arrive at the first one, which is not known at all and therefore very calm even in summertime.
● It offers sandy or stony ground under the shadows of tamarisks.
● The second beach, called Fatourena, is sandy and flat, 15 minutes of walk or 5 minutes by car. On the way to this beach you cross a wildlife habitat, which like all the area around the property is part of a Natural Park.
● In this region, further building is hardly possible as the area is protected by conservation laws, and building licenses are subject to very stringent restrictions.
● Distance to the Airport 15 minutes (the property is not in the approach corridor), to Adamas and the Port 20 minutes.

● The Villa

● As a safety measure the Villa was built anti-earthquake, it has one floor and the architecture follows the lines of the surrounding nature, few steps inside of the house lead from one level to another.
● Entering the house you find the kitchen, exclusive standard, with high quality equipment, discwasher MIELE and marble working surfaces.
● Beside is a big corner for dining. The furniture of this place (shown in the photographs) is inhereted and not for sale.
● Walking down two steps you enter to the spacious living room with a big chimney, open to all sides.
● One air-condition unit completing the heating system is used rarely because of the mild climate of Milos in wintertime.
● Coming back to the entry, 4 steps lead up to one platform, from where you can reach the back part of the garden.
● Heading left another 2 steps lead to the bedroom area, which can be closed in order not to disturb late-risers.
● There you find two sleeping-rooms with big fitted wardrobes. The first one, which is used also as a study with a view of the garden and one bathroom the opposite side looking on the bay of Milos.
● The second sleeping-room has one terrace with sight to Empourios and the bay of Milos. This second bathroom opens to the back part of the garden.
● This sleeping- room has a water bed (160x200), which can be replaced easily by any other mattress. The places of deposit around the bed are from marmor.
● The bathrooms are tiled, include one bidet each, and the bathing and hygiene fixtures are wall-suspended. The front bathroom contains in addition a Miele washing machine.
● The floors, except in the bathrooms, are of white grey speckledmarble, polished but not shiney to keep the original character of the surface.
● In the living-room you find some handmade Greek motives in the floor.
● All the walls inside are covered by rough wall-paper, painted white last time 2006.
● The outside walls of the house, the fence and the garages have been restored and painted 2004.
● One roof-aerial and one ASTRA-SATELLITE-construction (150 cm diameter) guarentee reception from a wide variety of Greek and foreign TV-Channels.
● The entire property is fenced in, to protect it from sheep and goats.
● Doors, windows and the big entrance gate are made of sturdy Oregon-Pine-Wood.
● There are two garages, one of them is used now as a storage place for tools, wood for the chimney a.o.

● Water-Supply

● In wintertime the rainwater collected from the roofs fills the big reservoir (36 tons) which can be filled up all the year also by the water pumped up from the well by 380 Volt from 42 meters depth.
● Summer and winter the water temperature is about 38 Β° C.
● The water could be also used to fill one swimming-pool (not excisting), it even contains sulphur.
● A solar-system cares for hot water, in case of rainy wheather it is also working by electricity to guaratee hot water all the year.
● The equipment is installed invisible on the roof.
● Waste water, including toilet paper goes to a modern big 3-step-sewage-tank, which is absolutely free of maintenance, it has not to be emptied.

● Outside

● The bigger part in the back of the house is natural with rocks and bushes.
● Terraces and paths are surrounding the house. Palm trees, pines, cypresses, cedar, eucalyptus-trees, omioporos, olive-trees, bougainvilleas, oleander and a lot of other trees have been planted.
● 2 old olive trees beside the house, one almond-tree and a lot of caper-bushes bring rich harvest every year.
● On the way to this beach you cross a wildlife habitat, which like all the area around the property is part of a Natural Park.
